A unique and intensive 3-day experience shaping future changemakers.
The HMC Young Global Leaders Program by Harvard Model Congress is an immersive three-day leadership initiative hosted at Mandoulides Schools, Greece. Designed and delivered by mentors from Harvard Model Congress, the program introduces students to strategic thinking, ethical leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and real-world challenges.
Students work in teams to develop and present solutions to pressing global issues while building valuable skills in communication, planning, and public speaking. All participants will receive a certificate from Harvard Model Congress upon successful completion.
Through this intensive three-day experience, students will gain a structured and comprehensive understanding of how to tackle real-world challenges using leadership and problem-solving frameworks. The program encourages collaboration with Harvard Model Congress mentors, fostering teamwork, creativity, and communication. Students will apply data-driven thinking to design practical, impactful solutions and strengthen both their analytical reasoning and presentation skills.
