This intensive 8-week Zoom Led Corporate Internship Project delves into the nation's football landscape, scrutinizing rankings, club structures, and leagues. The project strategically narrows its focus on the intricacies of grassroot football academies, meticulously studying FC Madras's model and its differentiating factors. Under the guidance of Harvard Student Mentors, students will address current shortcomings, propose a resilient academy model, and critically evaluate its profound societal impact.
