Student, Harvard University

Government and Educational studies.

Nahla is a first-year at Harvard University studying Government and Educational studies. As a passionate advocate for educational justice, she loves working with K-12 students! Previously, she founded and directed a summer mentorship program for disadvantaged youth, where students logged over 100 hours of group and individual mentorship and instruction. She worked with high school students once again at a college-access non-profit, focusing on helping students through the scholarship and internship application process. She’s also conducted research with the American Civil Liberties Union to minimize racial disparities in schools and expand access to advanced education programs.
