About The Virtual Program


Developed by trulyBalance with Learn With Leaders, the Mastering Calm and Focus Program for Exam Success is meant to help college students gain resiliency and develop improved focus in high-stakes situations, including exams and presentations.

This engaging, 6-week online program gives teens real skills to handle stress and overcome anxiety while building confidence. Participants will learn dynamic relaxation techniques based on the Sophrology method and techniques taken from positive psychology, mindfulness, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). The program emphasizes attaining a clear mind in a relaxed body, helping students shine in academics and with lifetime skills.

The classes are conducted under the supervision of mature mentors. The skills through these sessions will include emotional intelligence, concentration improvement, and quality sleep. It further inculcates ways to attain self-awareness, speak positively to themselves, and stop the internal chatter, bringing out inner strength.

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, in six interactive sessions, the class will master how to address their problems with clarity and confidence to perform better in school as well as outside the institution.

Mastering Calm and Focus Program for Exam Success, by trulyBalance, in collaboration with Learn with Leaders, is a 6-weekend online, Zoom-led program that empowers students to develop practical strategies for managing stress, boosting focus, and enhancing overall well-being during high-pressure situations like exams and presentations.

In this interactive and engaging 6 session course teens learn practical strategies to navigate the pressures and anxiety that can come when writing important exams, giving presentations, or managing the stresses of being a teenager. Through six online interactive sessions, participants will be taught dynamic relaxation techniques rooted in the Sophrology method, as well as positive psychology, mindfulness and neuro-linguistic programming. These tools help students achieve an alert mind in a relaxed body to help students excel academically and cultivate overall well-being.

This course fosters self-awareness and confidence, equipping students to face challenges with resilience and clarity while cultivating skills they can apply throughout their lives.
