This 6-week program with HelloHealth, facilitated via Zoom, is designed to develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations for scaling HelloHealth’s revenue and rebranding the company as a comprehensive medical provider. Participants will conduct a thorough analysis of HelloHealth’s current business models, propose innovative methods for growth, and explore integrative and functional health solutions.

Under the mentorship of Harvard student mentors, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, focusing on holistic treatment approaches, revenue scaling, and digital presence enhancement, culminating in a presentation of their findings and recommendations.
