About The Program
The World Sustainability Stars Program is a transformative experience for high school students, spanning a series of immersive workshops focused on sustainability and led by expert student mentors from Ivy League Universities. Throughout this engaging journey, participants explore sustainability from a multidisciplinary perspective, delving into diverse fields like science, politics, psychology, sociology, and engineering. They confront the urgent issue of climate change, gaining insights into its global impact.



The program encourages students to channel their creativity into sustainable innovation, challenging them to propose innovative solutions to environmental problems. It also instills leadership skills by examining environmental leadership at various levels, from global to community-based. Moreover, the program offers a unique simulation of climate change negotiations, fostering an understanding of diverse viewpoints and facilitating collaboration to find innovative solutions.


About Harvard Undergraduate Clean Energy Group
‘Harvard Undergraduate Clean Energy Group is an entirely student- run organization working at the frontlines of climate action to accelerate the clean energy transition and environmental leadership. Mentors from HUCEG engage in discussions of climate change, collaborate with industries on innovative projects, and work towards making sustainability a more accessible topic in education.’
